Titan Expands Sales Teams With New Hires of Director of Aquarium Dealer Development and Commercial Sales Director

Titan Aquatics Exhibits had the highest ordering and history making 2019 and is expanding operations even further in 2020. With a focus on creating closer relationships with aquarium dealers and commercial salesman, two strategic hires have been made.

Matt Cordova
Matt Cordova serves as the Director of Dealer Development for Titan Aquatic Exhibits. With over 30 years of involvement in the sales field, Matt works directly with dealers around the world helping them grow their business through high level aquarium design and building beautiful custom fish tanks for their clients.

“The best part of my job is that every day is different. Sometimes I feel like I have eight different jobs and that works well for my personality. I especially enjoy helping people when they don’t know exactly what they want to build and I have the opportunity to be creative and work with the client to achieve their vision,” said Matt Cordova, Director of Dealer Development for Titan Aquatic Exhibits. “It’s also very fulfilling to help our dealers to market their business, not just our tanks. We strive to be a partner and a resource” he continued.

Matt has an extraordinary background as a sales expert working with Fortune 500 companies, small businesses and high-performing sales professionals. Author of the book Map To Sales and national speaker, his mission is to inspire and develop the next generation of sales professionals with the focus to transform and be better.

While Matt isn’t in the office he enjoys building hot-rods and motorcycles or watching Shark Week. A shark enthusiast, he loves building shark tanks, enjoys any activity in the water and is often referred to here at Titan as “Aqua-Matt”.

Dustin Glossop

With over 18 years of sales experience, Dustin Glossop serves as the Commercial Sales Director for Titan Aquatic Exhibits. With a lengthy history of sales in many verticals, Dustin enjoys the niche and specialty aspects of building Aquariums, Acrylic Pool Panels and Museum Displays.

“I love being able to build a custom aquarium or pool panel that people get to enjoy, it truly is an art form. We recently built a large contortion bowl, for part of the install for the Cirque Du Soleil show in Las Vegas. That added wow factor we bring to every project, is what I really appreciate,” said Dustin Glossop, Commercial Sales Director of  Titan Aquatic Exhibits.“ Acrylic pool panels are a large, growing, space for us right now. They are something different and interesting to add to the design of a pool, or almost any space you can think of. I love seeing the concepts people come up with to incorporate these. Each one is different from the last one,” he continued.

Dustin especially enjoys building homes for sharks and larger animals. As a self-proclaimed “adrenaline junky”, when he isn’t working his sales pipeline, you can usually find him golfing, driving something fast, scuba diving, traveling or hanging with his two dogs and cat.
